TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – An Indianapolis-based company has finalized its purchase of a long time Terre Haute family business.

Zink Distributing completed the purchase of Dever Distributing on Friday.

Dever has serviced several Wabash Valley Counties with Budweiser and other products for the past 44 years.

Zink will reportedly retain many of the current Dever employees.
