Lawsuit Over Pledge Of Allegiance Comes To An End

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A lawsuit over the Pledge of Allegiance in a Vigo County School has come to an end.
The school corporation and the ACLU say that the case has been dropped.
It all started last year when a student at Fuqua Elementary claimed that he was forced to say the Pledge of Allegiance, and was punished when he refused.
School Corporation personnel say that it didn’t happen.
Now with the voluntary dismissal of the lawsuit by the ACLU of Indiana and the student, the case is over.
