VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Just after 3 p.m. Saturday Vermillion County Deputies were called to the intersection of State Road 63/163 in Clinton for a personal injury accident.

Police say that 52-year-old Michael Kyle of Clinton, failed to stop and rear ended a van occupied by seven people.

Deputies arrested Kyle for driving under the influence after he refused a sobriety and chemical test.

Kyle bonded out after posting 10% of a $9,000 bond and completing a mandatory 12-hour hold.
