VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Police were called about a vehicle stopped in the west bound lanes of St. Rd. 136 just west of CR 100W.

Police say that they found three men in the vehicle who were fighting.

They said that the altercation continued outside of the vehicle in the westbound lane of traffic on St. Rd. 136.

Officers say that the driver 37 year old Shane May of Georgetown, Illinois was arrested for failed a field sobriety test for driving while intoxicated.

21 year old Andrew White of Danville, Illinois was arrested public intoxication and disorderly conduct after several warnings from officers.

Police arrested 45 year old Andre DeJuan White.  After giving a false date of birth, he was identified when officers located his wallet under the vehicle. Officers arrested White on an outstanding warrant from Vermilion County Illinois for the following for multiple felony weapons charges.
