TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A trial date has been set for a Terre Haute man accused of downloading child pornography.

21-year-old Jacob Sparks was arrested back in March and faces man felony charges for allegedly downloading sexually explicit videos some of which showed children under the age of 12.

On Monday a jury trial date was set for October 2nd.

He is being held on $50,000 bond with no 10 percent allowed.
