TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A former treasurer for Southwest Sullivan Schools has pleaded guilty to official misconduct after stealing money from the school system.
Amy Kinnett was sentenced to one year which included 13 days in jail.
The remainder will be on in-home detention with electronic monitoring and then 6 months on probation.
Kinnett has already paid restitution of over $10,000.
