VIGO COUNTY, Ind – A state grant will see that a program to protect seniors and other vulnerable residents will continue.
Tuesday, Vigo County Commissioners signed a contract for a state grant that will provide over $260,000 the adult protective services division in the county prosecutor’s office.
The grant is awarded annually through a contract with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s division of aging and will provide funding to help protect older residents from fraud, mail fraud or telephone fraud.
