TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man accused of inappropriately touching a six-year-old while the two were watching a movie , appeared in Vigo County Court Wednesday.
25 year old James Freeman told investigators that everyone thinks he is a child molester, so he wanted to prove them right.
The alleged crime happened back in March.
Freeman has been deemed competent to stand trial.
A trial date was set for February 20th next year.
