SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind – The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department reports that formal identifications have been made in a Friday afternoon crash.
The driver has been identified as:
Thomas K. Jaroscak – 16 of Farmersburg, IN.
Two passengers have been identified as:
Kegan T. Ennen – 16 of Farmersburg, IN.
and
Tyson A. Boyll- 15 of Farmersburg, IN.
All three boys died immediately from injuries sustained in the crash.
There are no preliminary indications of alcohol or drugs being involved.
All three were students at North Central – Farmersburg High School.
Sheriff’s officials will continue working with Indiana State Police crash re-constructionists and the Sullivan County Coroner’s Office to finalize the crash investigation.

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind – Three teens died in a Friday afternoon crash, in northern Sullivan County.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department reports that the single vehicle crash occurred on CR 1100 North, near CR 550 East, just before 2 PM.
Early indications are that the passenger car was traveling eastbound on CR 1100, when the driver lost control, before running off of the roadway and colliding with a tree.
The driver and two passengers were killed instantly.
Autopsies have been scheduled for Saturday morning, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital.
The victim’s names are not yet being released but all three were students at North Central High School.
Principal Montey Kirk issued a statement on Twitter saying that it was a difficult day for the school.
Sullivan County Sheriff’s officials requested assistance from Indiana State Police crash reconstructionists.
Fire crews responding were Hymera-Jackson Township, Shelburn Fire and Rescue and Thunderbird Fire and Rescue.
Sullivan County Ambulance, Sullivan City Fire Department Ambulance and Carlisle Ambulances also assisted.
The Sullivan County Coroner’s Office was also on the scene.
