CLINTON, Ind – Just before 7 a.m. Thursday (2/21/2019) morning, Vermillion County Deputies were called to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of State Road 63 and State Road 163.
Deputies say that an SUV driven by 23 year old Elizabeth Berton of Terre Haute was sitting at the red light in the north bound lanes of 63. When the east and west bound traffic lights turned red and she entered the intersection and was hit by a vehicle driven by 19 year old Larry Long of Clinton.
Both drivers were taken to Union Hospital Clinton to be treated for minor injuries.
