INDIANAPOLIS — Small wineries in Indiana want to change the rules in how they sell their products.
The Indianapolis Business Journal reports that those wineries are lobbying lawmakers for access to a permit that would allow them to distribute up to 12,000 gallons of wine annually.
Currently small wineries in Indiana must use a wholesaler rather than self-distribute. in Indiana are lobbying lawmakers for the chance to sell their products direct to retailers and restaurants.
