TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A Terre Haute man was sentenced to 10 years Monday for possessing child pornography.

A judge sentenced 22-year-old Jacob Sparks to three years in prison, three years in-home detention and four years’ probation.

Sparks was arrested last March for downloading videos of children under the age of 12.

Sparks will also have register as a sex offender.
