VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind.  – A Parke County man was arrested Monday night after being found slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle.

62-year-old Rocky Crowder of Bloomingdale was found by the Dana town marshal sitting in his vehicle, slumped over the steering wheel.

Police found over $2,500 in cash, along with marijuana, meth, and paraphernalia.

Crowder was arrested and taken to the Vermillion County jail.
