PARKE COUNTY, Ind – On Saturday Parke County Deputies were investigating the report of a suspicious vehicle in a cornfield on Wimmer Road when they found a man slumped over the steering wheel.

Police say that 54-year-old Max Gilbert Jr of Rockville was driving while intoxicated and booked into the Parke County jail.

He is being charged with OWI, refusal and Possession of Marijuana.

Bond is set at $8,000 no 10% allowed.
