CLAY COUNTY, Ind. – A fatal accident in Clay County Sunday morning.
It happened around 3:30 on SR 42 just two mile west of SR 59.
The driver was killed, and the passenger was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
Their names have not been released.
