INDIANAPOLIS — The Hoosier Lottery announced that they are changing the amount of money added to the jackpot.
“Recent decreases in sales due to the COVID-19 pandemic are forcing us to reassess the amount we’re able to increase the Hoosier Lotto jackpot between drawings,” said Executive Director Sarah Taylor.
Usually, the increases were between $200,000 and $300,000, but now the jackpot will go up $100,000 at a time. She said changes were also made to Powerball and Mega Millions.
