VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Saturday (5/16/20) afternoon Vermillion County Police arrested 63-year-old Richard A. Walters of St. Bernice.

Walters was arrested following a traffic stop on SR 71. He failed field sobriety tests and was found to have a BAC of .09% and is also a Habitual Traffic Violator.
