ILLINOIS – On Friday the Illinois Department of Public Health announced 1,622 new cases of coronavirus in the state and 86 additional deaths.

Currently there are a total of 117,455 cases and 5,270 deaths across the state.

Cases have now been confirmed in all but one Illinois county as Edgar County is now reporting a case of COVID-19.
