VIGO COUNTY, Ind – Thursday (6/4/20) Indiana State Police Senior Trooper Ted Robertson arrested 26-year-old Jayben Bailey of Shelburn for felony DUI.

Bailey was involved in a single vehicle accident at the US 41/641 bypass interchange.

Police say that he showed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. He was later found to have a BAC of .33%.
