TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Terre Haute Police Detectives have made an arrest in a Friday morning (6/26/20) armed robbery.
Officers were called to a minimart at 3rd Street and 3rd Avenue around 7 a.m.
40 year old Dameon Burks was arrested on charges of armed robbery with a deadly weapon, habitual offender, and theft.
He is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $35,000 bond and will make his first court appearance Monday (6/29/20).
