Clark County, Il. – The Illinois State Police report that one person died, and one person was injured in a car/motorcycle crash Friday afternoon on U.S. 40 at Baystown Road.  Police say as the motorcycle slow to make a turn it was rear ended by a vehicle traveling the same direction.  The Passenger of the Motorcycle, 44-year-old Tosha Y. Davis of Marshall was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of the bike, 55-year-old Joseph Roseberry of Terre Haute was hospitalized with serious injuries.  The driver of the vehicle that hit the motorcycle was 25-year-old Austin Lowry of Martinsville, Illinois was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
