A Terre Haute man landed in jail after kicking in the door of an apartment in Brazil. Tyler Bryan is alleged to have kicked in the door, entered, then entered the bedroom, and woke the residents by yelling at them. Although he was told to leave, Bryan apparently refused and attacked one of the residents. He was arrested on three felony and three misdemeanor charges, including: Burglary resulting in bodily injury, Battery against a public safety officer, and Criminal mischief. Bryan is currently incarcerated at the Clay County Justice Center.
