TERRE HAUTE – The Vigo County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation over this past weekend in reference to child solicitation. This investigation was targeting adults who prey on our children (less than 16 years of age), looking for some form of sexual interaction.

Assisting in this investigation included Predator Catchers Incorporated, West Terre Haute Police, Seelyville Town Marshal, and Vigo County Prosecutor’s Office. As a result of this investigation 12 arrests were made with other incidents under investigation. Physical arrests included:

Kirkland Livingston, 25yrs of age
William Joiner, 44 yrs of age
Jeremy Harshbarger, 33 yrs of age

James Crowe, 31yrs of age
Bryan Patterson, 29yrs of age
James S. Smith, 51yrs of age
Travis Kraemer, 31yrs of age
