Dave Crooks interviews Clay County Sheriff Paul Harden and Chief Deputy Josh Clarke. The program will focus on the proposed expansion of the local Jail as well as the unique arrangement Clay County has with the US Marshall’s Service holding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainees.
